Metz, France

It is just another weekend trip we did before winter. One of the main advantages of living in a highly connected country is the convenience of going for a weekend trip.

This time, we went to Metz, located east of Paris, and met up with our friends . Since one day is enough to do a casual touristing in the city, we did not spend the whole weekend in Metz. We headed down south for a day trip in Nancy and the day after, we went for a quick visit to Luxembourg.

There was really not much to do in the city, and I’m speaking as a normal tourist. For sure, there are hidden gems in the city. We just need some local connection, which at that time, we were unfortunately on our own, just like on all of our previous trips. >.<
