Arcachon, France

The last time I’d been to the beach was almost a year ago. And as a sucker for beach or any particular places near the sea, it has been a long wait for me.

When the EU opened its borders again, I immediately visited Iris and went to Arcachon for a weekend. I badly needed this to decompress and reset for a little bit. Some of you might say that my complaint is nothing compared to most of the people badly affected by the pandemic. I totally agree and I’m aware of it. But I don’t have to explain myself. 😉

I don’t know if I’m the only one who felt this but there is something about the sea that relaxes you and takes some heavy load off of you. Early morning dip was perfect, not only because of cold water but also, the beach was empty.

Although the visit was short, it was enough for me to refocus and go back hustling again. Next time, it’s going to be longer. 😉
