Gozo, Malta

On our last few days in Malta, we moved to the northern part of the island and stayed in a hotel to at least pamper ourselves before we go back to hustling again.

Here, we were just less than an hour’s ferry ride to Gozo island, the second biggest island in Malta. We spent a whole day exploring Gozo, half of it was on a hop-off/hop-on bus because of the intense summer heat. We wanted to rent a motorcycle but unfortunately they ran out of motorcycles for rent on that day.

The remaining days were calm and spent mostly on enjoying the sea and a game of tag between us and a group of jellyfish, sometimes. It was a nice summer break, especially for someone who loves the sea. Relaxing. Good food. Nice weather. I would definitely go back there if there’s a chance. But most probably, we’ll prioritize visiting other places we haven’t been to yet. I’m looking at you Portugal. *winks*
